"Nice packaging, but come on"
The packaging looked good at first, but one corner was already kind of crushed when it arrived. Nothing inside was damaged, thankfully, but for the price I expected it to be packed with a little more care. It’s fine overall, just a bit annoying.

"Good experience overall"
One item in my order needed to be swapped, and they told me right away, which I really appreciated. The replacement was very close to what I picked and still looked nice. It was nice not having to chase the anyone for updates. I’d order from them again.

"Quick checkout, but shipping surprised me"
Checkout was super fast—like, blink-and-it’s-done fast. The only thing that bugged me was that the shipping cost didn’t show up until late in the process, so it felt like a tiny surprise at the finish line.

"Found a gift way faster than I expected"
I just clicked around Olive & Cocoa on a whim and immediately went, okay, this is cute. The catalog had a nice mix of gifts without making me feel totally overwhelmed, and I ended up spotting some home items and snacks that felt a little more special than the usual stuff you see on gift sites. I was shopping for my sister and found something quickly, which was a relief. Definitely see myself ordering again.

I love that they always have gifts ready for whatever season is coming up!!! It makes my life so much easier when I totally forget a birthday or holiday, which happens way too often!!! I ordered a fall basket recently and it looked really nice, plus it showed up right on time!!! Super happy with it!!!

"Good products, but shipping could be better"
My order showed up a few days later than expected, and the tracking didn’t really update much along the way, which was a little frustrating. Everything was fine once it arrived, so no issues with the items themselves. I just wish the shipping felt a bit more dependable because it left me feeling unsure while I was waiting.

I was excited when I first got them because they looked really nice at the start. But after a short while, I noticed some of the stems started wilting sooner than I expected. They were still overall, but I wish they had stayed fresh a bit longer.

"Fine once it arrived, but the waiting was annoying"
I ordered this as a gift and it showed up a couple days later than I thought it would. The tracking barely updated, so I was basically just stuck being patient whether I wanted to or not. Not exactly ideal when you’re trying to plan around a gift. Everything was fine once it finally arrived, but I really wish the delivery estimate had been more accurate

"A little pricey, but it actually felt worth it"
I usually have a couple of go-to brands for gifts, so I wasn’t totally sure about trying Olive & Cocoa instead. But I ordered a birthday gift from them and ended up being happy with it. It definitely wasn’t the cheapest option, but the packaging looked really nice and everything showed up in good condition. The person I sent it to loved it, which made the price feel worth it to me. I’m still a little loyal to my usual gift spots, but I’d definitely use Olive & Cocoa again when I need something easy that feels a bit more special.

"Such a cute personalized gift"
I ordered a gift basket and added a custom ribbon with their name on it, it turned out really cute. It didn’t look cheap or rushed at all. The personalization was super easy to choose during checkout too. My friend noticed the ribbon right away, which made me really happy. I’d definitely order again for gifts.
